The 10-week trial surrounding the London Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (HKETO) espionage case has officially concluded. Defendants Bill Yuen and Peter Wai have been found guilty of “assisting a foreign intelligence service” under the UK’s National Security Act 2023.

Described by the prosecution as a “Shadow Policing Operation,” the details disclosed in court were astonishing.
